“Its a gym, the weight room section is a lot of cable/machine weights. There are 3 squat racks and 2 free bench. Dumbell section isn't bad with 3 free benches. Gets crowded and full very quickly as the weight section is small and tight. It does have 2 gyms and a upstairs track. Smith gym on post would be better for a crossfit/free weight person.”

Plenty of space between machines in the free weight area. The staff are friendly, the machines are clean and the restrooms are well kept. People always forget about the restrooms but they don’t here. I’ll be visiting this location more for sure.”
