“I recently had the occasion to see Dr. Blair for a refractive eye exam. Although I have several doctors at CEI for various eye ailments, they no longer preform refractions, so that necessitated that I needed to see another eye doctor. I choose to see Dr. Matt Blair and was very impressed with all aspects of my visit. Dr. Blair had pictures taken of the back of my eyes in his office and then spent time explaining to me the various things he could see on the images. My doctors at CEI have not taken the time to go over this information with me, although I have the same images at their offices. Dr. Blair was very knowledgeable and I better understood my eye problems after consulting with him. I felt like Dr. Blair had up to date technology available and I was very satisfied with my visit.”

This isn't a box where you are going to walk in and hurt yourself because you have bad technique, they're going to have you scale down and truly learn the movements. They scale everything to your level, whether you can't do a pushup or you can rep out 50. The people are kind (if you've never had 10 near strangers cheer you on to push through something you weren't sure you could do, get ready for some serious support and motivation).
