In April of 2019 we began to work with Altruis to manage our claims and provide solutions for improvement across the organization. Altruis was also able to manage many denied claims and continues to work on getting old denials approved. We are very pleased with their commitment to our mission and for their help in increasing our efficiency and effectiveness.
