“Had my first prenatal here today. I also used this office for my gynecology needs the past few years. I see Dr. Poston who is great, super thorough appointment today. Receptionists were great, MA’s were great, especially Autumn! She explained all of the bloodwork that was ordered and gave me a brochure to read about them. She had a super friendly and bubbly personality. I was a bit disappointed today at my first ultrasound. The tech seemed almost in a hurry. She stated she would be doing an abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal but only did the transvaginal. She took a ton of measurements but didn’t explain anything or ask if I had any questions. Didn’t let me hear the baby’s heart beat. I understand they do ultrasounds all day everyday but this was my very first ultrasound and first pregnancy so I was excited! Overall I really like this office just sad the ultrasound was not what I was expecting because that’s what I was looking forward to the most.”

“My son has always been highly anxious about dentist and orthodontist visits. In fact we’d tried 3 times and was unsuccessful in getting his pallet expander made and placed. The staff did an amazing job of explaining each process to him which helped calm his nerves. He sat through the whole process and was able to get his expander and braces put on today in the timeframe that is normally allotted with no issues”
