“Unfortunately since this is an emergency room, you’ll expect to do your fair share of waiting. Total time was around 4 hours. Waited over an hour in the waiting room, and had to also patiently wait in my given room. Outside of the wait time, however, the staff and care received were wonderful. The nurses and doctor that took care of me were incredibly nice and personable. They offered me a blanket, which came to me warmed and was very comforting as someone who get anxious in hospitals. Any labs or things that needed to be done were explained in good detail and made me feel comfortable with the care I received. Luckily, I wasn’t stuck there all day, but I definitely had to do a lot of waiting. When you’re in bad pain, it feels like forever. However, most urgent cares and ER’s are usually known for long wait times. The staff from start to finish helped the process to not feel as overwhelming despite the length of my stay.”
