“I have visited Dr. Gupta on several occasions over the past 2 years and have always found her to be an intelligent and caring physician. Eack time that I needed to see her, I was able to make an appointment in a very short period of time. I have never had to wait more than a week to get in to see her. Likewise, when I arrived for the appointment there was hardly any wait time before seeing the good doctor. One time, I was having some throat issues and she was able to get me a referral on the very same day. This was very helpful to me. She is my primary physician and I will continue to keep her. Frankly, I am not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about, since they offer no specifics and fail to disclose their name. I am sure if Dr. Gupta's office was aware of this person's bad experience, they would try to rectify it quickly. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr. Gupta as a primary care physician.”

“Dr Fitz is one of the kindest, companionate, and thorough physicians I have been too. He listens and wants to solve the issue . He doesn’t just try to give you a medication and hope it works . He runs test and actually follows up with his patients. You will wait for awhile to see him. This is because he takes his time and really wants to listen to his patients. He doesn’t make you feel rushed or judged . I would rather wait to see a doctor who will listen, than get in and have the dr rush me and just give me a script. I highly recommend Dr. Fitz him and his staff are wonderful!”

“I've had some bad healthcare experiences maybe I came on a really good day but the front desk was very attentive and helpful and the doctor herself was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained things in laymen's terms without feeling like she was talking down to me which is always a plus. I'm not sure how this place has bad reviews aside for the fact it's always busy and appointments can be scarce at times. Their lunch times throw me off I've been here a time or two before but I finally got in today for some poison ivy treatment and it was quick and to the point they even offered to write a drs note if I needed it for work ! I went to urgent care down the street from here in Richmond and it was a heinous experience. I'll definitely be frequenting this clinic more often. Thank you!”
