“I bought a chair at Winner Furniture in March, 2020. I have repeatedly been trying to get information on when it will get to the distribution center. Today I got hold of someone and they informed me that the chair had been sent to the store at 7411 Preston Highway. I contacted the store and they said the chair I ordered was in the store and that I could pick it up or they would deliver it. I chose to pick it up. The store manager was extremely helpful. I received excellent help from the distribution center and the store. The chair was in excellent condition.”

“We had Furniture Medic refinish two end tables. The tables were very old and the heavy clear coat had yellowed and was chipping off even exposing the wood in several places. Since the pieces were still very solid in construction we wanted to have them re done. From the very beginning the staff was professional and easy to deal with. They came and picked up the pieces and then delivered them once complete, making the entire process very easy on us. We provided a coffee table for them to match the end tables to. When all the pieces came back we were surprised to see a white spot had been cleaned from the coffee table that we had thought was unable to be removed and this was not the table we were having re finished. Those tables looked better than they ever had since we had them. We did not think our two ends tables could look as good as they do now.
