“My house flooded from a sewer line blockage. They got here in an hour and immediately went to work removing the water, setting up fans, etc. It took days to get everything dry but their efforts worked to prevent mold from setting in and saved a lot of drywall work on some of the walls. They worked hard and were very conscientious with everything they did. When finished, they thoroughly sanitized and cleaned my floors and put everything back in it’s place. “I won’t lie and say there were no issues, appliances are suffering supply chain issues so the delays were large, not Hagedorn’s fault. I ordered over the phone because I knew what model I wanted. I forgot to verify the model number properly and what I heard as a D was in fact an E so the first delivery was the wrong oven. They were great, took it back, gave us a loaner oven and ordered the correct one. The installation team was great too. I really can’t complain, I’m not naive enough to expect no issues ever with things I order so, to me, it’s the response I get and everyone was fantastic in their response. When it’s time for a full suite of appliances, I will head to Hagedorn. Thank you!”

“There has clearly been a change in cleaning techs or something. This dry cleaner used to provide excellent service! My clothes were always expertly cleaned. When I recently picked up my clothes the majority of the garments were still dirty, just pressed. I requested a "re-do" for the pieces I didn't need immediately. After picking up the "re-do" batch I discovered a hot pink perfectly formed circle of ink, stamped on my white shorts! I have left them a voicemail and I will post another review after we resolve this. As promised, here is my update. Today I received a call from the manager, Debbie! She expressed genuine concern and delivered professional customer service. I understand that things can happen. So honest acknowledgement and reasonable explanations are much appreciated! She even assisted me with the claims form. Kudos to you Debbie and thank you for a job well done👍🏼.”
