This is a service that they deal with people who are sometimes rude themselves or feel entitled. Wanting to rush the process. They are only human so if you’re rude and pushy I’m sure they aren’t going to be very friendly. Oh, and if you’re going to complain your spelling and grammar shows a little on the people they have to deal with.”
