Usually has a funny smell when I go in there try not to be discouraged by it cuz it doesn't reflect on the food. And the staff doesn't always seem to be too helpful but in a pinch it's great to get coffee there.”

“I was there today at 2:00.. it was somewhat busy.. I grabbed a number (58) and they were on 41. I had my car inspected immediately, and it only took about roughly 4 minutes.. by the time I went back inside they were already on number 48. The lady Mary, assisted me because I had to get a car transferred from out of state, to Kentucky. She was excellent.. she knew exactly what to do and she got it all taken care of in about 15 minutes!! She was extremely knowledgeable ‼️‼️ This place is really great.. I recommend it for anybody in the East End to go there.‼️‼️”

“My experience with the ombudsman was great. Atmos energy had cut off my gas. I immediately paid the bill, $200 no questions asked, but they refused to turn it back on without a $250 deposit. They didn’t even give me a cut off notice. I did not have $450, I had to borrow the other $250. Contacted the ombudsman; received a letter saying it was being handled and Atmos credited the $250 to my account as payment, not a deposit.”
