“We order pizza from here quite often. Most of the time we are pleased. Since having new ownership, there has been price increases. I do understand there are prices increases across the board for the food industry. It is a bit frustrating they charge a dollar more per pizza for thin crust. I guess I don’t understand that logic when there is actually less crust in the pizza. However, their pizzas are tasty and we do enjoy them. The only complaint I have is more and more often when we open our large pizza box to eat, up to 1/2 of the cheese and toppings are missing on a few pieces of pizza due to bubbles in the crust. When you have hungry teenage boys ready to eat, no one wants the pieces that only have 1/2 the toppings. On our last order, one half of the pizza was like this. You kind of feel a little cheated especially when you are paying full price. I feel like there should be a way to prevent this during the cooking process.”

“Went for #Lexburgerweek tried the Holy Moly Stromboli. It was good according to my sister and brother, for me I did not care for the taste of the pepperoni or sauce. Also added garlic knots and Mac and cheese bites. The garlic knots are a definite must get. Mac and cheese bites are decent, I just prefer mine a little crispy. All and in I gave 4 stars because most people will enjoy this place.”

“The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! This was my first time trying Joy Food and I must say that it was some of the best Chinese Takeout Food that I’ve had in the area. I was craving some Chinese Food and noticed that they had lots of good ratings, so I called in an order for pickup. When I arrived, I noticed that the restaurant was outdated. It’s basically just a whole in the wall, but don’t let that keep you from trying this gem. The people were so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered the 10 piece Crab Rangoon, a combination dinner of Sweet and Sour Chicken which came with fried rice and a egg roll, a combination dinner of General Tso’s Chicken which also came with fried rice and a egg roll, and a order of Hot and Sour Soup. Like I stated earlier, everything was great and came to a total of $28 and some change. I highly recommend trying this place out next time you’re in the area.”

“First off, the online ordering and kiosk pickup is wonderful. I ordered the food and requested a future time. When I arrived I went in to the lobby, scanned my barcode on the kiosk and boom; the door opened and there was order, hot and ready. I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. Sure beats waiting in a line and hanging out in waiting for your food to be prepared. Many places could enhance their customer experience by using this model for pickup of online orders. It had been a while since I've had Little Caesars pizza but wanted to try the Batman Calzone. It was pretty good but it seemed too salty and garlicky for my liking, but I still ate a couple pieces. The cheese bread was great but also seemed super salty and garlicky. I still ate a couple of them. I'll be willing to try again unless that's how they are all made. The price is right though.”

In my most recent visit the lobby was a bit dirty, customer service is always okay but never bad and I only eat tacos while the rest of my family eats their burgers and fries. The area is much safer than the area to a closer Jack In The Box location located at Roscoe Blvd. and Sepulveda Blvd. I recommend this location for take out so far.”
