“I've never had a single bad experience with any of their doctors, nurses, assistants, anyone. Everyone working there makes an effort to make your experience as easy, quick, and pleasant as possible. My children and I have gone here for years and I wouldn't even think of changing our primary care. That being said, there is only one big issue with this place which is timely care. I often wait hours on hold to schedule appointments. For dental I waited just to be told they were already booked for the next month and weren't booking any more for another month which would be scheduled another month out. You have to call and wait every day to ask if booking for dental has opened yet. Also, Same day appointments for urgent care are impossible to get and walk-ins are not accepted as they are indefinitely booked but they will give you an appointment date. You're looking at a week out or a trip to another urgent care or the ER if you can't wait or if you need a work note because you caught a cold.”

“We LOVE our Toyota Family Pharmacy! The pharmacists are amazing and know us by name. They inquire about our daughter and give great advice when asked. They have always been on our side and frequently act as a go between for us and the docs offices. Even after my hubby retires and we are no longer in Georgetown we will still use this pharmacy because we love it so much! It "says" it is a "Walmart" pharmacy but it definitely does not "run" like one... it is far superior and very much like a family owned / operated establishment!!”

CVS whom I've used for 6 years steady could not fill my sons Focalin XR for 4 days with a year pre-approval through our insurance and 4 days of my son not having his medicine was horrible for not only my son but my entire household. What CVS could not and basically refused to do as in hitting the correct buttons to push his script through that was Due this pharmacy did in Under two hours.
