I didn't have time to look for myself so Dan Borlo and Jeremy Schmidt went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit. They were very patient with me in my decision making and any time I spoke with one of them or another member of their Toyota team they went above my expectations. Service after the sale has been wonderful. They have taken care of the vehicle inspection (since it was an out of state vehicle) and the tags. “Absolutely fantastic service! I was moving from Texas to Ohio, driving a 20 foot Uhaul and towing my car. The Uhual's transmission goes out in the middle of 71 North, 30 miles south of Cincinnati. Uhaul used RBI to tow my Uhaul. Ray showed up with his wrecker, and got me out of a dangerous highway situation in minutes. Uhaul decided to tow my truck the rest of the way, and RBI handled that as well. If you are stuck anywhere near Verona, Kentucky, I cannot recommend RBI enough!”
