Upon further inspection, they noted that the leak was not coming from the screw (it didn't fully puncture the tire), it was coming from the bead. They dismounted the tire, cleaned up the corrosion on the rim and remounted it, fixing the leak. I am highly appreciative of their honesty, would recommend.”
