“My son's guitar had a couple of frets raising up from the fretboard. We went to guitar center for help. The guitar repair technician Madison was absolutely amazing! She took the guitar, checked it out and tried to tap them back in. That didn't work so she took the time to reglue the frets and use a vise to make sure they were set in properly. I was thoroughly impressed. She restrung the guitar and all of this took less than an hour. Thanks Madison, you rock!”

I’ve never experienced a rude employee, as a matter of fact they have always been pleasant and helpful. Like many places the pharmacy can be understaffed at times in recent years but that isn’t the employees fault. I think customers should be more patient with any customer-service based business as finding good people to work can be very difficult. As well some corporations tend to decrease staffing in order to improve profits. Again not the employees fault.”
