They are great at what they do and they have an awesome teaching department. Marvin, Beverly, and all of the folks that work there are very knowledgeable. I will continue to shop there when I have a musical need. They ROCK! On a side note: I get tired of seeing small businesses get stepped on in these reviews because they didn't kiss you butt when you came in. Recently, I was driving and picked up a very large nail in my tire and had no idea what I was going to do - thankfully the Boston Road Ken Towery's was close and open!! I have taken my car to Ken Towery's in the past and have always had a great experience and this time was the same. They took my car, got the nail out and patched it up in about 30-40 minutes. When I went to pay, they said that they had taken care of it and to enjoy my day. Absolutely above and beyond service!! What could've ruined my day actually ended up making my day. If I am ever in need, I will definitely be making a visit back!”
