“After living in California for most of my life, KY DMV is like a breath of fresh air. I wish we could still go to our own county courthouse to take care of license renewals etc, but understand the cost savings in centralizing offices. By all means make an appointment. Showed up at 2:15pm for a 230pm appointment. Was called right around 230pm and was out the door by 245pm. Staff was overall pleasant and professional, but not overly friendly. Make sure to check website for needed documents. I saw someone turned away for insufficient documents. That must not have been fun. The office is kind of hidden on the back side of other stores. Beware of nearby schools schedules. When I got out, school was letting out and I was caught for about 10 minutes waiting for cars/students. Overall, not a bad visit.”

“St. John welcomes everyone. It doesn't matter which denomination you belong(ed) to. Pastor Dan, the staff and congregation are friendly, loving and caring. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer they brought meals to me and my family and kept in contact through cards, phone calls, emails, visits, etc. I have since become involved in a small group on Sunday mornings that I love going to, and began painting at the Fine Arts Academy which has been great therapy for me! They have wonderful children's/youth programs. There is something for everyone and always something going on. The lights are rarely off in the building! I'm so thankful God put these people in my life.”
