Although great Doctors my extreme vertigo kept reappearing. I couldn't lay flat on my bed, wash dishes, at times shower and/or drive. “Unfortunately Hancock Drain Service was not my first choice and I am 330$ sorry for it. Based on google reviews, I chose Kennedy Plumbing out of Florence to unclog my kitchen drain. Big mistake! They wanted to charge me 900$ to high pressure jet my clog because their tech said the snake wasn’t working. They charged me 330$ to make this determination. Needless to say the pressure clean out never happened. I then called Hancock Drain Service who came out and in the same amount of time that it took Kennedy Plumbing’s tech to reach his wonderful conclusion, Hancock had the drain cleared and charged me much less for better service. I am now a “lifelong (fan) customer” of Hancock’s and would recommend them any day. Eric was awesome and set me up for a great vacation. Thanks.”
