And I always said that I was going to get back into going.So my grandson had been going here at Blanket Creek with a friend.And the church bus would come to pick up the kids. And one day my grandson said come and Go to Church with me. And we did.When we went there we were made to feel like we were at home with family. Every one was friendly to us.and mad us feel welcome.I had took care of my husband until he passed away,2 yrs ago. I had been And had been missing him so bad. And each day I would ask God to give me strength to keep going each day.During vacation Bible school my grand son gave his life to Christ.And I said to Brother Joe's wife walked with me up in front and I gave my sole to Christ. That was the greatest day of my life.And Brother Joe asked me when I wanted to be Baptized I said I will let you know. So was afraid of going under water where I almost drowned a long time ago swimming. And one night I heard my husband calling my name and I was trying to get to him and couldn't. I knew then it was time to get Baptized. I felt like he was telling me to get it done that with my health problems. And I felt like it was a sign telling me I needed to get Baptized before it was to late.And the day I was Baptized, I felt like weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was so happy that I had given my life to Christ.”

The warm yeast rolls are heavenly and taste like my grandmother’s. My salad had a good variety of lettuce and vegetables with chunky blue cheese dressing. My husband’s ribeye steak was a disappointment, unfortunately as it had huge chunks of fat. My 6 ounce sirloin was flavorful and cooked to a perfect warm pink center. Our server was very scattered and perhaps had too many tables? She seemed very harried. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn, you will get a 10% discount when showing your room key. Our bill for an appetizer, ribeye and shrimp dinner, a 6-oz sirloin was $54 before tip.”

“This place was amazing we were on our way from Michigan to Florida and ran into some trouble they towed us and got us up and going.very quick and very affordable we barely had enough money and they made it work they also drove us to a hotel and picked us up when our car was done the next morning and i know this sounds crazy but they gave us $20 towards our hotel talk about southern hospitality when we first called them we were on the highway broke down and they said about 45 min to come tow us they were there in 20 min tops long story short we could continue our trip and it was all because of these great people. Also another side note when I got back home I called my usual mechanic and told him what I got done and just out of curiosity asked him what it would have cost me with parts and labor and he said about $1,200 dollars we walked out of there including a 50 dollar tow $440 dollars so i definitely recommend this place”

Came back two months later and had the lunch Szechuan beef with an egg roll. It was very good. I would come again. I enjoy coming and eating here cause the people are nice, bathrooms are clean and the food is good.”
