“Fat Man Reviews recently made its way to Better Burgers and More in Richmond, KY. Better Burgers serves home-cooked meals at a reasonable price. I wanted to sample the Biscuits and Gravy. The gravy is made using the bacon dripping. It is silky and has good pork flavor, but it desperately needed some salt. The biscuits are brought in fresh every day. They are a bit dense and not super fluffy, but they offer good texture with the gravy. My fiancé had the Cheeseburger and fries. This is served with a 1/3 pound burger, American cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. The burger was seasoned well, was juicy, and had a good crust. The cheese was melted correctly, the bun is toasted, and the veggies were fresh. Her fries were cooked almost to a great crisp, but they required salt. I tried the Tom's Spicy Burger and fries. This is served with two 1/3 pound patties, grilled onions, jalapeños, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese. The bun was toasted well, the burgers were seasoned, crusted, juicy and cooked perfectly. The cheese was melted and the veggies were fresh. The special sauce did not have a lot of flavor. It tasted like a spicy mayo. The spiciness could be turned up just a bit and there needs to be a little more sauce on the burger. Better Burgers and More serves breakfast all day, with several options and lunch entrées consisting of burgers and sandwiches. They also have daily specials. The service is great. The Fat Man says that Better Burgers and More is Fat Man Approved with 2 chins.”

They have a lunch time value card where you get a free meal after so many lunch time stamps on the card and they give chicken on a stick for free to us with many orders. My in-laws are Chinese and we are connoisseurs of American Chinese. This establishment has quality food that won’t break the bank.”

Also, Hannah Terry did a beautiful job with microblading my brows last year! I always get compliments after using their services. Their work is stylish and never dated. They are the crème de la crème and the only ones I trust to give me the looks I desire. On top of all that, they are so kind. Salons can be snobby environments, but these girls are super cool!”

“So much more than a luxurious bed and breakfast! Cheryl and Sam take great care in looking after guests personally with immaculate details in such a warm and glorious home. The decor includes all things Kentucky and horses curated with care for each guest suite. Breakfast is sumptuous, delicious, and prepared in an open kitchen so guests can converse with Cheryl as she prepares to individual needs and taste. Cheryl is completely attentive to all the needs for the health of guests during these times. There are so many places to be and things to do on the estate. We enjoyed as many as we could fit in, but could not possibly cover everything in one weekend! We had a wonderful time with the horses, Sam the wonder lab, and saw the kitty. So much bird life to hear and watch while in the hot tub. We played pool in the game room by our suite, the Turf Room downstairs where we also enjoyed our private patio. The room was so comfortable! It was so easy to sink into the plush mattress and sleep, and the bathroom toiletries, towels and robes were such high quality. We want to return and keep our new friendship going with Cheryl. Thank you for a tremendous beautiful weekend. Totally recommend.”

I don’t think it’s because anything is unclean, it just seems like because it’s an older building, didn’t bother us once we sat down! We got A LOT of food. Meal was affordable, $46 for myself, husband, and daughter before tip. The collard greens were definitely the standout.”

I didn't count but they must have over 30 styles of breads from three or four different White, whole grain white, whole wheat, whole grain, low carb which they call smart carb, cinnamon raisin, italian, rye, artisan, 5 seed , etc. They're available in hamburger buns, hot dog buns, submarine sandwich buns, Texas toast, and various white and wheat butter top breads for both home and commercial use in the restaurant industry.”
