He completely rebuilt a 4L80E for a 2000 GMC dually for me. The transmission has performed flawlessly. He explained many things about the transmission to me before tearing into it and explained what he found once he tore it down. “Exceeded My Expectations! They steam cleaned wall-to-wall carpet in 3 rooms: living room, dining room and family room. The carpet is more than 10 years old and covered in hair from our shedding pug. Regular vacuums will not get all of his hair. When I made the appointment I explained that I had a heavily soiled traffic area in the family room. I also had brownish stains from leaky plants. When the technician arrived and did the inspection, he gave a range of possible outcomes for the heavily soiled and stained areas. He said they could disappear, get lighter or stay the same. Mentally, I translated what he said as: I'm not a miracle worker, but I'll do my best. Well, his best was pretty impressive. They exceeded my expectations, especially in the family room where the high-traffic area was black. I couldn't believe the change. I am very pleased with the results. Job well done and worth the price! Another terrific feature is that they use organic materials which is very important to me and my family. Our kids and pets safety is above all else in importance. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I also want to say that they will very professional from the time I called them throughout the whole process. They went out of their way to make the experience professional and pleasant. I felt they valued my business and I love that though I don't see it too often.”
