“Some of the most experienced pilates instructors in town. I've been with Joan since she started teaching in Louisville. I've had a variety of injuries that limited me when I started and she was great at helping me modify the exercises, strengthen where I needed so that I could get myself back to where I wanted. Then from there we've been able to keep working and improving, I wish I'd known about this in my twenties. Pilates is absolutely for men as well as women, I don't care if you're trying to improve your golf game or keep up with the millennials on the basketball court. Her flower farm is a magnificent place and I adore coming to her for florals and especially greenery to stock the flower truck with and to use in our wedding work. She is easy to work with and if our schedules don’t align she will have the buckets ready for me for pickup. When we do connect we end up talking for hours sharing all things growing, new varieties we are planting, customer service advice, and she almost always ends up giving me some seeds. I am grateful for those that see community over competition. She is also an incredibly talented floral designer! If you are considering A La Carte weddings you should definitely look into her portfolio.”

“I have lived here about 8 months I haven't heard to much noise except on the weekend from the parties upstairs but its Saturdays I think that's acceptable but hey that's just my opinion if I have a work order they are quick to fix it no real problems as far as maintenance or management there are kids running around but why move to an apartment complex where all kids and adults share yards if u don't want to hear them that's why kids have inside and outside voices. my cars have never had issues being parked here I have seen fire trucks and ambulances a couple cop but not for huge issues like fights or theft and bud bug ha no those are something u bring in your own home or the people u invite into your home I again have live here 8 months and never once seen a bug now fly mosquitos regular bug yep those are around I really like the place but the people coming through the celling yep if they run in the house its loud again it an apartment complex bound to happen I personal love the place the pool can get a little crowded but its a pool that keep you relaxed on hot days I have recommended it to a friend who now has lived here for 4 months she likes it too so over all I give it a very good rating”
