One was local and was great but closed it's doors recently. The other company had a few great PA's but the customer service was the very worse I have ever dealt with! I don't know if the company was too big or what. Unfortunately there were no other services in the area. Thank God I was referred to EM Mobile! Jackie is the absolute best PA! She is spot on with his care. I would recommend this service to anyone that is homebound. And I would certainly highly recommend Jackie! I just wish this service was available when my Mom and Dad were alive. A caregiver has their hands full and having this service has been a blessing.”

They also just started an in-store fresh (Crispchicken) mini franchise/buffet under a heat lamp that also has Fish and honey Buiskets and red beans and rice mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. “The girl at the front desk goes out of her way for every single guest. During my interaction she helped me find somewhere to eat, and then she left and the next girl came on, she was struggling and called the first girl and patiently helped her with the problem. I overheard the conversation she was at dinner with her family but she answered the phone and helped the girl at the desk. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but her service was extremely extraordinary. I stay at choice hotels a lot and I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I come back around! The rooms were nice, still renovating a little but the upgrades are very nice! The canvas in the room was absolutely beautiful. The cooler wasn’t set up yet but it looks nice”
