“I read the reviews here, and even had a first hand person tell me not to move in here. I was very anti moving here at first but me and my husband made the choice that not everyone's experience will be the same and we have found that the NOTHING we were told has been true. Our apartment is VERY clean, smells wonderful, every week someone comes and cleans the hallways, Mel in the office has been positive and helpful and truly cares about our experience in our home. He was very quick with getting us approved and moved in and very upfront about the prices from the start. Our heat was not working from where it hadn't been used all summer and they were out the same hour to fix it with smiles on their faces while being here they made sure to let us know that they want to help and want to be there if we need them. The day after the work order was put in management called to assure the problem was fixed and make sure we were satisfied. All staff is new and being dealt a hand they didn't break but are fixing it into something truly wonderful. I found a place i'm proud to call home. Please don't let the negative reviews steer you away. I have never once made a review on ANYTHING but this place doesn't deserve the rep it's getting and it deserved some light shed on it. My husband and myself could not be happier with the experience we have had and i'm sure will continue to have. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to make their own.”

“Business as usual at this court just 1 after another judge pretty much just excepts what the lawyers or prosecutor advises and off to the next person in and out court starts at 8:30a.m. and runs smoothly till all finished. The best option is the video ZOOM app. If u think u can't make it in time call the clerk and she will give you a number to call in and talk with the judge or a number and password to link up directly to the days hearings.very nice courthouse very fair on the treatment and not near as costly as many I've been in. Great job running the place everybody really appreciated all the help with rescheduling and good old fashioned southern hospitality and Genuine Kentucky courtesy.5 stars. Wish every courthouse was so understanding nice to the people and very helpful staff.”

“Volunteers of America Mid-States serves more than 20,000 individuals through 42 unique programs. Part of our work and expansion this year has been implementing Electronic Health Records. We went live in May of 2018 with EHR. As is not unusual, this proved to be a challenging transition for us as an organization. In April of 2019 we began to work with Altruis to manage our claims and provide solutions for improvement across the organization. From the beginning, Altruis was able to process clean claims and have been able to stay current on all billing claims. Altruis was also able to manage many denied claims and continues to work on getting old denials approved. We are very pleased with their commitment to our mission and for their help in increasing our efficiency and effectiveness. Most importantly, working with Altruis has allowed our senior management team to focus on other areas of the Electronic Health Records system. Overall, their work has led to significant improvement in cash flow to our organization and lowered the frequency of denied claims.”
