We just purchased today. Manny was our guy, and he was great. He understands that customer service is the name of the game when it comes to major purchases, and he gave us a smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable experience. I run a sales floor professionally, and he would be welcome on our team. We were so pleased with our experience that I didn't even bother to haggle, since I was already getting a combination of service and value that clocked in well under budget. Our total time investment was about 3 hours over 2 days, and the sales tactics commonly associated with cars (that are really kind of unavoidable, if you think about it) were very well executed. I keep coming back to the word "smooth" as I write this. Smooth, but not greasy. We were after the ease of the Carmax process without paying the Carmax premium, and these guys delivered.
