I came in for a pick up order. The gentleman (Dustin) helping me explained they made the wrong wings and forgot to make the others. He apologized multiple times and even offered me a free soda. Then didn’t take no for an answer. I appreciated the hospitality from specifically him but the whole team. This situation was handled graciously considering how busy they were. Thank you for the kind interaction.

I think our order are reliably consistent. Delivery comes at a reasonable speed, and the food is always hot in my experience. I generally like the flavor of their crust compared to most other chains.

No one yells at me and its nice inside.
