A few days ago I went into the facility and greeted by the Operations Manager Ashia. She was amazing you can really tell she’s here to help you out. As she was speaking with me she greeted everyone by their name. You can tell she actually cares about the facility she runs as well as the people here. The front desk staff is super friendly and the gym is very clean. I even saw her wiping down the equipment with the janitorial staff. I feel much better that la fitness finally has a manager who cares.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Gym!! I am new to “Gym Life.” Very clean and friendly staff! I work with a personal trainer as well (Kat) she is phenomenal!!! I have only been working out for nearly a month and firstly bought 4 sessions a month, I have already increased my monthly sessions because I love working with Kat and the drive and confidence I feel after our sessions!!! Definitely join the gym and if you can- get a trainer (Kat is the best! I may be bias 🤣) !

I joined LA Fitness in March of this year and knew I needed help getting back on track.
I originally was supposed to work with another trainer, but after my first two sessions and he was a no-show, I was introduced to Kat. What a blessing in disguise!
I have been working with her for 2 months and the results are amazing. Not only with weight loss, but also inches and body fat.
What impresses me the most about Kat is her passion for her clients. Every workout is tailored towards me and my limitations. I recently had spine surgery and she immediately knew how to adjust the exercises for me. She also pushes me to do my best and is constantly encouraging me to keep going.
Had it not been for Kat, I would not have the results I have today. I still have a way to go and I know Kat will be there cheering me on to accomplish my goals.
Along with her knowledge of training, she also has a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and has incorporated this with my work out plan.
I am so grateful I was introduced to Kat and that I am learning so much from her.

I've been going to this gym for a couple of months now and I'm impressed with the equipment and how clean it is. However the thing that I'm most impressed with is my trainer Katrina "Kat". Her ability is just amazing. The results that I've gotten with her as my trainer are.... simply amazing. For example in 6 weeks my bicepts went from 14" to 17"!!!! I'm 64 years old and just today I inclined pressed 135lbs 12 reps, 3 sets. All this in just a couple of months.
I've been working out off and on for 30 years and had multiple trainers and Kat is, by far the best!!!
If you are looking for a gym with a world class trainer, this is it.
All I can say is LA Fitness should do whatever it takes to keep Kat as a trainer there. For me and other clients, Kat makes LA Fitness a world class gym.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 months and i can honestly say it’s one of the nicest gyms I’ve been apart of. There is always a machine available, tons of room to do my floor exercises and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer trainers that are knowledgeable and respectful of your wants and needs and just know how to push you to your limit. I’ve always been quite nervous to use free weights but the guests are super helpful and nice and assist when they can. Now onto the locker rooms: there is always a locker available, the bathrooms are super clean and taken care of. The sauna is a great temperature for someone like me who doesn’t like sitting in heat, and there’s even a pool/hot tub!! At the end of the day, i am very pleased to call LA Fitness my home gym
