(December 29, 2020, 9:12 am)New to Louisiana and brakes going bad, I arrived at Mavis on Christmas Eve. The customer service was outstanding.... They explained everything up front, even down to the wait time. And I really appreciate that, so I wouldn't think I would be in and out. But the wait time was not bad at all considering I walked in on Christmas Eve. I will definitely be back....

They met me at my vehicle when I arrived to see what services I required. Appearance of the store outside and in was very pleasant. Couldn’t be happier with my service.

(November 23, 2020, 2:38 pm)Made a visit to Mavis in Zachary, LA on 11/19/20. I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which means it needed to be replaced. Rob was very attentive, and I picked the lower cost option of two. Wound up that they gave me an upgrade for a better tire as they were out-of-stock with the original choice, and did not charge me extra. Michael, Rob and the whole crew were very polite and expedient. The facility was clean and comfortable. Thank you Mavis Tire of Zachary, LA. I will return when I have future needs regarding tires.
