Great Gym, Great staff. However, at least twice a week the water cooler is empty, and the vending machine is out of water. It is impossible to have my best workout without water. Fix this and 5 stars.
Friendly staff and affordable price for a gym that’s not crowded and has the essentials (cross fit room, cardio, free weights, machines). Good for those at LSU who actually want to work out and escape the crowds at UREC.
One of the better gyms in the BR area. Definitely love the crossfit room, which has bumper plates for deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and squats. Decent amount of machines, although a few more pieces of equipment would be nice. Horrible to get to during rush hour traffic. Overall though being a 24/7/365 gym, it's not bad for the price.
