    Lived here for about 3 years. The guy from the office always does his best to keep the premises clean. Every morning around 7 or 8 you will see him walking around picking up trash and always smiles to tenants and waves. Very friendly guy! Also maintenance is rather quick! I have no complaints. Just be sure to pay your rent on time. As the fees are rather high and within days you get a letter stating you will now have to pay extra (for court fees). Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Only reason I moved out was because they started moving bad people into the premises. I no longer felt it was safe for my children or myself to continue living there. As higher police presence followed. At one point the entire parking lot was filled with armed policemen who removed a high profile drug dealer. At night men could be seen selling drugs by the dumpster and driving in and out at high speeds throughout the day/night with no regards of the speed limit or children. My son was nearly hit when checking the mail in broad daylight. I placed a complaint to the landlord and he hired police to secure the area but that didn't last long. He was in the area for about a week and a half then never came back and the illegal activity resumed. Was sad to move out. I really did enjoy living here. Not sure how it is now as i moved out back in 2015. But overall the staff is wonderful! They really DO do their best to keep tenants happy

    The apartments are nice and it's quiet and clean.

    Nice place! I just went to visit my uncle! And they are nice apartments
