Wes Harrington is an excellent service associate. Something had gone wrong with setting up my appointment online that I didn’t realize before arriving and he was able to get my vehicle in and serviced timely. I appreciate that kind of service when others are not always helpful.

I have been going to Lia Honda for years. The service is always amazing. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. My last visit I worked with Kyle G. He was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things to me.

Ernest Walton was quick and to the point, at LIA Honda- I had just replaced all four tires somewhere else, and my one tire was still losing air. The wonderful technicians at LIA found a faulty seal on the tire pressure sensor, and fixed it quickly. They also cured a mysterious grinding noise from the back- back plate from one of my rear tires.
They also replaced my entire exhaust system- they are wonderful at this location.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and convenient. The service was excellent and completed before the estimated time. Steve Smith kept me informed about the issue with my car and the services needed and cost of repairs. He was friendly and informative and actually taught me some history about the area I live in. Picking up and my car when it was ready was quick and easy.

In my experience Lia Honda Service Department is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, customer focused and always a good experience which is a rare find today. I am promptly greeted upon arrival and checked in and am consulted throughout regarding findings and recommendations for what is needed now or later. I leave confident that my vehicle maintenance is up to date and ready to go on the next adventure safely. Wes Harrington has been my point of contact for multiple visits and he is always friendly and knowledgeable and never rushing you through. Great team and highly recommended.
