  Really enjoyed the quick tubing trip I took with friend Janet yesterday. Really gentle water shallow too. Great scenery.

  This is the perfect place to walk your pet/have a picnic. You can see a lot of people fishing as you walk around, since Blackwater is near the Comite river.
  
  Please be sure to pick-up after yourself! You can find beer bottles/trash near the water, but there are workers that drive around cleaning as much as they can.

  We had the best time. I was worried about it being sloppy since we went after a few days of rain, but it wasn't. Made a doggie friend, too!

  Another fantastic BREC park. Very well maintained gravel trails that were flat and easy to navigate.
  
  Ample places to fish off a personal sized fishing dock (if that’s your thing) or use it as a seat to watch all the bird and insect life surrounding you at this beautiful park.
  
  Don’t forget to walk down to the river and dip your toes in the water.
