Those people are some very very nice people as soon as you pull up there somebody there to greet you there not enuff good things that I can say about them people if I can use one word to describe them it would be "super"

River City Battery customer service is far superior than your typical auto parts store. I came here a couple of times with my friends and once with my brother and every time I come I received great customer service for example my brother needed a battery for his BMW he went to auto zone they told him the battery was bad so he wanted a second opinion, I took him to River City Battery they tested it and charged it overnight and got it back right. Employees here are trained and qualified I highly recommend you take you battery here first to get an opinion.
