Louisiana State University Rural Life Museum

Amazingly impressive collection of items. You really get your money's worth. Could easily spend hours here looking at all the stuff. Bunch of unique exhibits I've never seen before learned a lot!

RVers beware!! Lots of low lying, untrimmed branches- tough to navigate through the roads. Turn left at the Herb Garden to detour the worst of the trees. Cool place to visit! Lots to see and learn. Quite enjoyable. No one to answer questions.

Corn maze was great and had lots of extra activities!

The visit was healing. The drive back into the museum was a relaxing serene winding pleasurable feast for the eyes. Took all the stress out of my being. The trip through time took me through experiences that showed me a slower pace of life and reminded me of some values we could use today as well as gifts that have come from struggles as well as showed me truths that reveal some of today's issues as well as some qualities we have and are still building along the way. The tour made my day.
