We called Byrd Plumbing to install a new faucet in our new home and they got us in promptly and provided great service!! I highly recommend!!!
***Update: The plumber came back to resolve this issue. While I am not fond of the lack of responsiveness before from the admin side, the plumber was absolutely professional and extremely thorough today. Thank you for resolving this issue. ***

We are upgrading our kitchen, including the kitchen faucet. We experienced a delay between countertop installation to faucet installation. We remained flexible and rolled with it.
When the plumber arrived, he was professional and wore shoe covers.
He completed his work and we began the dishwasher and opened the faucet to verify. All was good.
That evening, we experienced extremely low pressure and low flow. We called and they returned the call with a potential fix, clean the screen of any debris. It increased flow and pressure, but not to the original setting.
Over the past few weeks, we have lost flow/pressure and ran the solution they gave us. Each time we have less and less flow/pressure. At this point, we don’t have enough to wash dishes or clean the sink. It takes about 3 minutes to fill a 12 cup coffee carafe.
The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they have not responded to any of my 3 calls after the first one. I have also contacted Hallmark Complete (contractor coordinator) and Home Depot (service seller), but they have not been able to get Byrd Plumbing to respond. Between the cost of the service, lack of timeliness, and lack of responsiveness, I am not recommending Byrd Plumbing.
I had an extensive plumbing problem which involved replacing all my sewer pipes the entire length of my split level home. I called numerous well known plumbing companies and none wanted to tackle such an extensive project. Vince from Byrd Plumbing in St Charles came out and did an assessment of the project. He gave me a bid that seemed reasonable. The plumbers who worked on the job were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They far exceeded my expectations in completing the work. When the project was finished, the cost was lower than I expected. Vince, the owner of the company, could not have been nicer. He is a genuine, sincere and honest man who I trust completely. I would highly recommend Byrd Plumping to any of my family or friends.

Twice I've had Byrd solve really complex plumbing issues in my 100+ year old house. Everyone I've interacted with is professional and courteous. And the job they do is exemplary. They even clean up really nicely after themselves. : )
Vincent & Collin. I know you two probably can't wait to get 5 min of sleep! The long hours you put in even before my location (10+ hours just with my call) and still being so kind and professional! I highly recommend this company they are always on top of things and had the resources on a Sunday to get us back open for Monday. I can't say a big enough THANK YOU!
