I took my car in to get the brakes checked due to a loud noise they were making. They inspected the brakes and determined they were in good shape and just need cleaned. The manager, Kevin, didn’t charge me anything. I appreciate this kind of honesty and will continue to use them for auto service.
I have been coming to this location for almost two years. They always make sure my car is safe to drive. The owner is kind and takes the time to breaks down the service/price for me. He even spoke on the phone with my dad (the vehicle owner.) It is a little expensive compared to other auto service chains but I am happy with the service.
I was able to get 4 tires, oil change, new wipers, all installed. The tire prices were the same as Walmart too which was nice. And my tires have road hazards. And I could get financing using autopay so I didn't have to pay upfront just bi-weekly. Kevin and Mike were a huge help! I was so grateful for their help
I had an emergency problem with my old Prius while commuting across states for Thanksgiving. The kind folks at Monro were able to accommodate me as a walk-in appointment (on Black Friday no less!). Even though they said they might not be able to solve the problem with the hybrid battery, they directed me to the dealership, offered to call the dealership themselves, and gave my car a once-over just to be sure.
They inspected my car (weren’t able to solve the problem) told me what to do and where to go, and when I offered to pay they said it was no charge! I’ve never had such great service from a mechanic and was impressed with their candor and kindness.
Staff has always been kind and courteous!

Painless Process, the lady( I didn’t get her name) at the window was very helpful, gave me options that would expedite the process and made the entire experience all the better. I was there for 8am when they opened and from start to finish(including going to the State Police for CBC and Fingerprints and bringing the form back to Pharmacy Board) I was done and back on my way(1 hour drive) within 45 minutes!
