Best Barber Shop I’m the BR get service from locs to hair cuts and nails done

Pleasant experience always!!! Clean and Respectful Atmosphere at all times!!!! STAFF IS A1!!!!! I HAVE FOUND MY STYLIST AND SHOP 4 LIFE!!!!!!

This is the best barber shop I have ever been to in my 32 years of living!

This place has such a great environment. Service is at the upmost and they really cater to your Grooming needs

This was my 1st time visiting and being serviced at this Salon. I had an Extraordinary experience!!!😊

POSITIVES:
LOCTICIAN: Jolanda was very calm, positive
and inviting. She was prompt, beginning my
service, shortly after I arrived and checked
in.

SALON: Spacious, upscale and very very
clean. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

AVAILABILITY: She has a standard hair
provider workweek. It was easy to schedule
an appointment on Styleseat. I recommend
scheduling at least a week in advance.
However, she answers texts promptly and
will schedule you that way too. Initially she
cancelled my appt, because my phone
number in Styleseat was outdated and she
was not able to confirm if I was coming.
However, she was flexible and still allowed
me to come. And it was on a holiday!!!

SERVICE: She assessed my locs 1st, and
patiently asked questions, until she
understood exactly what style I desired and
she did not disappoint. She provided exactly
what I asked for and my hair is the bomb!!!
I LOVE MY HAIR!!!😍

PRICES: Very reasonable and comparable to
other Locticians with similar skill and
experience. Also, she accepts cash app
payments, which is very convenient for me,
since I don't carry cash very often.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:
LOCATION: The Salon was not easy to
locate based on the address listed in Style
Seat. However, I called her and she guided
me directly to it. I recommend you clarify
the exact location before going there, if you
are not familiar with the area.

SERVICE: The shampooing service leaves a
lot to be desired and definitely needs
improvement, IF this is her normal. I like a
vigorous, deep cleansing, heavy handed
shampoo, that ends with a brief scalp
massage. I think it's especially important
with love, because I don't do much home
care between visits to thevsalon, unless it is
absolutely necessary. I received nothing of
the sort, not even close. Also, she did not
ask about any itchiness or other problem
areas with my scalp until the end of the
shampoo service. I realize sometimes
people have off days. I hope this was the,
case, especially since every other part of
the service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Overall my experience was phenomenal!!! I live an hour away, however I plan to return. She is my new Loctician and is highly recommended.👌🏾
