  I haven’t gone in yet but Tiffany, who answers The phone deserves 10 stars I have never called somewhere and have been treated with such kindness. She is so very empathetic and patient and I had to cancel twice in a row for unfortunate events beyond my control and couldn’t make it. I appreciate the rare people who can work retail. Thanks again Tiffany!!!!!!!!and this is the one on O’Neal.

  Ms. Tony and ms. Robin are awesome people and very helpful when assisting me with my lenses! Friendly, smart and willing to help with everything. Definitely recommend this store

  I called and spoke with Toni. I got an appointment for the very next day, for my son. The staff was friendly and informative. The Doctor, Dr. Tran I believe was his name, made my son feel so comfortable. It was his first time having his eyes checked and I was worried he would have a fit, but Dr. Tran patiently talked with him and made it a fun experience. Would have given 5 stars but I have yet to complete my transaction. I go in on the 20th to get his glasses and hope to have an equally great experience.

  Ms. Connie, the manager, is awesome, and surrounds herself with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I got frames and lenses that I absolutely love. They took the time to talk to me about different options and worked with my insurance to get my glasses to me at no cost out of pocket whatsoever. I had a problem with the nose guard falling off and took it in to them. They replaced within seconds at no cost. Not only that, but my lenses got scratched and they just agreed to cover them under my warranty, so that isn't going to cost me a dime either. I would recommend using them for all of your optical needs. I know that this is the only place my family and I will use!
