The Villas at Riverbend

The Villas at Riverbend is amazing‼️If you are looking for a amazing place to stay while in college this is the best way to go! Maintenance is awesome and responds accordingly, the front office is staff friendly and helpful, and the amenities are Great.
- The rent is a premium but you GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR... Overall, it’s a no question to stay here! 2 miles from LSU, right near the levee, and it’s secure. Make the right choice and Live here u won’t regret it‼️

The apartments themselves are pretty great. They’re big enough, and the kitchen and living area is everything that I could ask for. Not dealing with Burbank traffic is nice too. The problem is the rates. The management’s focus is on getting new people to come live here and not on keeping the current ones happy. When we renewed months ago, we were told the rates always go up the later you sign your lease. Later on, they offered the same size unit to newcomers for $200 less per month than what we will be paying this year. Would I live here again? Yeah, but not for $720 a month.

I’ve been here since July and first I would like to say that maintenance is awesome here! I have not had to wait forever on a request and most times the men have came on the day of. The maintenance guy John is super helpful and has even helped me carry heavy items to my apartment. I’m glad that the managers have changed because now I feel more invited and welcomed to the leasing office. The previous manager, Marie LeBlanc, was very rude but she has now been replaced with Hunter. I’m looking forward to the upcoming months here and I already love the frequent freebies. As a law student, the complex nose level is moderate and is not frequently loud. I love the spacious rooms and the amenities which I thoroughly take advantage of. However, I do wish there were more visitor’s parking and a better roommate selection procedure, other than that, a great choice!

My friend and I went to tour last week and we absolutely loved it! It was efficient and informative and our tour guide, Hunter. He was friendly, well informed, and extremely professional. We greatly appreciated him.

Wow... where do I even begin. The Villas at Riverbend is such an amazing luxurious living experience. The apartment space is incredible and has a super homey atmosphere. It is pet friendly and an actual community where I know and love my neighbors. Staff and management is the BEST. Maintenance is always on top of things and will always be there in a very timely manner. The community director Shane is outstanding and really takes the time to get to know you and help with any problems. Shane really is on top of business and does an amazing job. Everything is a timely manner and the amenities are awesome!!! The pool is always clean along with the extravagant hot tub, being kept at the perfect temperature. The gym is also a perfect size and I always feel comfortable there. In all, it’s more than you could ever ask for in a community!!
