This location is where I got married two years ago. It is just so beautiful. I love the giant tree in the center. We went back for family pictures and it was just so gorgeous.

    The photo fee is reasonable.

Wonderful and lovely place to stroll as well as to purchase some greenery!

It's not a long stroll, but perfect to take kids on a walk to teach them the names of many varieties of trees, shrubs, and ferns. It's short enough that most children would be interested most of the way through.

It's a beautiful venue for a wedding, too. The space is serene, the pavilion next to the pond is open, and there really would be so much natural beauty! I wish I had scheduled my wedding here, but my guest list was too long to be sure we'd all fit. We wouldn't once it was all days and done. Maybe for another party!

Beautiful facility! Loved the peaceful books where you can quietly sit. Public restrooms would be nice however.

Wonderful park, cool in the shade of the hundreds of trees even in full summer. The kids really love rolling down the hill and being able to run freely. Excellent educational and fun experience with several habitats represented and all plants and trees identified. Brought to us by LSU.
