  Last week I visited BROC’s Bluebonnet location for treatment on my arm. The overall experience was incredible, given the circumstances. Their Covid protocols made me feel extremely comfortable. Prior to going in the waiting room they did a quick evaluation and checked my temperature. I had arrived early thinking lines would be longer, however, the process was very smooth and efficient and all of the proper safety cleaning / distancing protocols were clearly in play. All of the BROC staff and physicians were wearing masks. My appointment was with Dr. Etheridge and everyone on his staff was great. Couldn’t recommend BROC more. In a few hours following my appointment I was already feeling relief.

  The Physician's Assistant and Dr. Bliss put my mind at ease. I was very happy to find a walk-in Orthopedic Clinic and even more pleased to find a staff that was friendly and patient. To be met with two medical professionals who gave me options was a relief. I felt as if my best interest was at the forefront of their minds. Thank you.

  I've been to BROC on a couple of occasions. Most recently it was for a broken hand. Dr. Bliss took care of me and did an excellent job with the surgery. Follow up physical therapy with Craig in their hand PT center was convenient and expertly executed. I healed quickly and with minimal side effects from the surgery. The clinic itself is a beautiful facility with everything from surgery to x-rays in one place (top notch cafe as well!).
  
  Try not to break yourself. If you do, I definitely recommend the team at BROC!

  Saw Dr. Ryan Bliss and his PA Ellie for hand problems. The appointment was scheduled quickly and the wait time minimal. I had an Xray and Ellie went over the problem thoroughly and in easy to understand language. As minor surgery was an option I also spoke with Dr. Bliss. He outlined my options in detail, was very cordial and addressed my concerns in clear detail. A very positive visit and I left confident that all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Bliss and thank you Ellie for your knowledgeable attention.

  As an older person dealing with knee and leg pains... I was a little nervous going by myself but hey... It was fine. The X-Ray techs were great and very patient with me.
  Dr. Brian Griffith explained the results of my X-Rays, examined the pain areas and gave me treatment advise and options to think about.
  I was very pleased and will probably try the injection procedure.
