She explained my options in detail, and never made me feel pressured to go one way or the other. When I went in person, again Sierra was very good at clarifying things for me.
The actual visit was quick! They had me in and out in no time! -

Each time I call for an emergency appointment they understand my urgency and are eager to help. Also being able to text with a vet is very comforting and provides an ease of mind.
