(June 20, 2020, 7:00 pm)Ms. Penny was so helpful and very patient with us. She helped me on two separate occasions as I was searching for the perfect chairs. She was so kind and professional. She was not pushy or overbearing but gave us space to relax and test out the chairs while also being available to answer our questions. Once we finally decided on our chairs, she continued to be patient as I went back and forth trying to decide fabric colors! I can't wait for our two recliners to be delivered! We will need to purchase a couch in the near future and we will definitely do that here!

(May 25, 2020, 5:25 pm)Sales person was helpful; pointing out areas of the store where we could find what we were looking for; no pressure. When we found what we wanted he came to us and checked inventory. The item was in stock, we told him we would take it with us. He explained the fabric protection program and we chose to purchase it. All was good until it was time to pay. We had to wait quite a while for a cashier to take care of us. Once that was over, I drove my vehicle to the loading dock, it was loaded and we left. Everything was great except for the payment process.

Update over a year now and my recliners are still almost in new condition very great products it definitely worth the price for quality!
