“Early Steps is truly amazing! Danielle, Krista, Christie, and Sherry are all wonderful, loving ladies that have helped my son tremendously. It all started when my son was about 6-7months old when he didn’t want to drink out of a bottle or from breast anymore. The doctor decided he needed Early Steps. I got in contact with Danielle (we saw her yearly to see if he still qualifies for services) and she is up with Mrs. Sherry. She was so patient with my son even when he was screaming his head off and I was at my wits end! We found out he had severe lip and tongue ties so she referred me to a dentist to have it clipped. Shortly after that he started drinking finally (sadly not from breast anymore) and she was teaching him how to feed himself more. Several months later he was doing great so it was her time to leave us unfortunately. My son definitely looked forward to her visits and missed her when she was gone. From there, Krista (we saw her quarterly to see how he’s doing) said we can look into speech therapy since he wasn’t were he was supposed to be so we did another test with Danielle to see if he qualified and of course he did. That’s when we met Christie! Christie helped my son with his speech far better than I can lol. Even when he would throw a fit about anything she would direct his attention back to what they were doing. She was also very patient with him when he was throwing a fit. Unfortunately in March 2020, we had to go to virtual appointments. Christie made the transition so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Of course there were some bumps in the road but eventually we got the hang of it. Now that my son has transitioned out, we are sad to see these lovely ladies go and also happy because my son is doing so much better! I’m going to continue doing what they taught me to help his speech. These four women truly love what they do and go above and beyond for the children and families they care for. I couldn’t ask for a better service to go through for the past almost three years! I will definitely recommend this company and their services to anyone that may need them! We love y’all so much! I wish y’all nothing but the best in life! ❤️”

“My initial visits took super long but that’s cause it was packed some days that was my only problem but I kept going cause I needed support and help with my child. Staff is nice. Currently doing earn while you learn classes and I’m saving up my bucks from classes to get something big out of their baby store. Everything is free except one thing that I can’t remember it was like $10 and I think it was optional. They do pregnancy test and ultrasounds. They do give out can goods, snacks and formula every few months to moms in need. They have definitely helped me along the way and I would recommend 100%”

“kinda sucks when they close at 9. i depend on the fact that they will be open until 10! A notice would give me more time to prepare! This store is the only other stpre open at 9 and you would not believe the things you will remember you need at 9:00 at night🤣😂 Love the store, some employees could be a bit friendlier but usually they are friendly and helpful! You guys need a better system about your stocking! All the dollar stores seems to struggle with this! Thought—maybe you should hire someone for 1 day or night to do the majority of stocking- of course they would need experience! One night a week wont break the bank plus it would add revenue bc ppl would be able to find what they are looking for and not have to ask and it would bring in more shoppers bc of s cleaner store! i know several pplthat will not shop here or anywhere bc of that alone”
