“Jimmy helped me out of a jam my family had a couple weeks back where I had accidentally shut off our house’s main water valve without being able to get it back on. ( that should teach me to DIY a little less) It turned out our valves were pretty antiquated. Even though it was obviously very short notice, Jimmy prioritized our problem and worked very hard to get it all fixed in a timely fashion. He did not overcharge me for the trouble. We’re very thankful for the work Jimmy and his son did to get us our water back on.”

They welcomed me, helped me with my problem, and even found a way to save me money on my monthly phone bill. I am so happy that I gave our central AT&T store another chance because it was an awesome experience. He was also able to help shorten my total project time by making sure i had the perfect type of finish, and that the paint i picked ( Emerald ) would allow for a primer less application and complete coverage of the previous owners vibrant red entrance colors. He was super informative, walked me right to the section for chalkboard paint while me mixed my custom color, and even offered to shake it up for me while i continued shopping. polite, helpful, and knowledgeable employees like Shane are what sets a company apart from their competitors.
