“This is my fifth trip to have Carmena's do body work on my vehicles. The first two insurance declared as total losses. The third Nick took one look and made some sort of Ninja / Chiropractor maneuver and the fender went right back where it was supposed to go and he refused to take money for it. The fourth time he fixed my truck door for about 2/3 what he said it would take. This time it was my daughter's 2016 Toyota Yaris after she was attacked by a suicidal deer. We scheduled repairs for her spring break, they had the parts on hand and, easy as pie, repairs were made in the timeframe promised. The actual repairs and paint job look better than how it came from the factory. Seams between body panels now line up evenly and the paint is a beautiful match. “They came and turned my bathtub into a bath/shower combo with walls 8' tall and I love it! It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Bruce was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He let me know each step as he was removing the old walls and tiles, then installing the new shower, he asked where I wanted my towel bar and my hand bar. He reinforced the wall behind my handrail to support the weight of getting up and down into the tub. I really liked the whole process. The called me a lot between my consultation and my installation to make sure I knew how the manufacturing process was going. They were able to use my original tub. The other bath companies I contacted all wanted to replace my tub even though it was only 5 years old and still in great shape, bur EZBath didn't pressure me to replace the tub. They had really nice color and design options. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone in Louisiana. I have included a before and after photo. My bathroom looks much more attractive. Now I just need to get rid of the tiny old shower behind the tub and I'll be all set!!”
