“They were very busy the Sunday we stopped in while passing through town. But they were quick to take our order and were very accommodating in allowing us to wait while it was prepared. They had self serve drinks so we were able to sit and refresh while watching a little TV. It was definitely worth the wait! I had a bacon cheeseburger that was cooked to Perfection and well-dressed, my son had one of the best shrimp Po boys that he has ever had. I got fries that were lightly but perfectly seasoned and he got handmade onion rings that were fried in a crispy batter and absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and checked on us throughout. There was plenty of parking and the location was convenient. I only regret that I don't live close by to try more items on the menu. I'm willing to bet their chicken is fabulous. This was a very special lunch for me, the last one shared with my son before he get deployed to the Middle East in the Army. Thanks to the staff for making this a great experience. Highly recommended!”

“*** The furniture was 70% off if you are looking for something.... there was way more!*** OMG.... I so love Mrs. Eugenie!!! She is a manager that runs a few departments in that store & if it weren't for her I don't think I would have visited 2 times in 2 weeks. I haven't been to Dirt cheap since they closed the Baton Rouge store. She made my experience SUPER PLEASANT, didn't mind stopping what she was doing to answer questions, & had overall superior WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! 🥰 UNFORTUNATELY I can not say the same for the store manager who never removed her cellphone from her ear the almost hour I was there taking her personal phone call. She was rude as hell & act like each customer was ruining her day. All the other staff members were extremely nice but I didn't get their names. That store manager seems like she should not be in charge or maybe could use more training at her job. Normally I wouldn't be on that side but I had a doctors appointment so I stumbled in there after & found nice stuff especially if you need something for your home.”

“There were two of us, one had the crawfish. Poor boy, plenty of crisp. Juicy crawfish. Sounds like a contradiction but it's not! I had half roast beef Poor boy, and seafood gumbo. Both were very very good. We were there at 11:00, and the place was already very busy. Lots of regular clientele. Definitely will go back”

“Absolutely love this Snowball stand. It definitely stands out from all of the rest. It's very unique with it's cajun names of snowballs, flavors &, toppings. The ladies are very friendly.They have a unique covered sitting area where there's a nice play area for children. They also have free Bibles sitting out if, anyone decides they want one. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a Snowball.”
