The bottomless champagne is a great idea, for brunch, but some people take advantage of it in negative ways. Diners asking for bottles every ten minutes? Drunk before noon is a sad way to go through life! If there's a suggestion, increase the price of the champagne or slow the service. We don't want a good thing to go bad.”
