    Mrs. Yvonne was very caring .She took her time with you to make sure that you were satisfied with the choice you made.She went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Ochsner Vision Center and Mrs.Yvonne at the Lapalco office.

    Mrs. Yvonne at the Lapalco office goes above and beyond for her patients. She is attentive as soon as you walk in the door. I got my glasses the 10 day waiting period that was estimated for my purchase. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything extra but was shown all my options and was given prices as we went. I appreciate the time she took and the great customer service. Any time I am in the office she has made adjustments if necessary to the frame as well as clean them when needed.
