Our entire experience with Craig’s Electrical was nothing short of professional perfection. From our first consultation with Tristan, to our conversations with David and Ms. Pam, to our install appointments with Rhett, we were treated very well and kept updated at all stages of the process.

Even when I would call and leave messages, someone would return my calls immediately. I am so glad that my wife and I chose Craig’s Electrical for our whole home generator. We will be contacting them again for our business needs!

Contacting Craig's Electrical and Generator Service was a God-send for us. If I could give them a higher rating I would!!! They came through on August 4, 2022 and ended what has been a nightmare in trying to get reliable service -- before and after Hurricane Ida. The Generac unit is approximately 10 years old. After experiencing problems with service by three Generac dealers -- and being told by some on the Generac repair list that they were not taking new customers, we were ready to give up. We came to recognize there is a crisis in our metro area, and perhaps a wider area, regarding servicing Generac units. After Covid and Hurricane Ida, it appears that generator service companies have the same problem as other businesses -- keeping reliable employees and service technicians!!!

Pam in Craig's office recognized and empathized with our plight. My wife has numerous health challenges, including a need for oxygen. Pam did not sluff me off; she insisted on helping us getting up and running before the height of hurricane season. David, one of their technicians, came out on August 4, 2022 and got the unit purring -- where two other companies failed -- and at a very reasonable cost! He also pointed out a deficiency in the original installation. I also add that David accomplished this without me being there -- since my wife was in the hospital.

In the course of this transaction, I also had occasion to speak with Craig, who is the owner. It became apparent to me that Pam and David are no accidents. Craig impressed me as a business owner, rare though it may seem today, who sets a tone of true customer service! I can't thank them enough!

Craig went above and beyond to make sure that I had the part needed for my generator after Hurricane Ida hit our neighborhood. He answered my questions and made sure I had everything that I needed. I recommend using them for your generator needs. Very friendly and professional.

Craig's Electrical updated the electrical panel and installed a whole Generac generator system. The entire team that did the installation must have been trained in the Disney program on how to give outstanding customer service, totally professional! Craig is so attentive both before and after the job is completed that you feel like he is part of your family.
